SALARY: R685,200.00 all inclusive salary package per annum (Salary Level 13)
An appropriate post graduate qualification plus a minimum of 8 years appropriate experience of which a minimum of 3 years at management level. Analytical thinker with strong background in research or evaluation. A good understanding of political and governance issues. Either strong qualitative research skills with a good understanding of policy and administrative processes in Government, or strong quantitative skills and experience of impact evaluation and strength in research methodology. A two year secondment from a research institution would be considered.
Responsible for the coordination and conducting of evaluation and research projects for the Department related to results-based management and the outcomes approach.
